Non-Solicitation Agreement Review & Negotiation Attorneys

What is a Non-Solicitation Agreement?

A non-solicitation agreement is often used to prevent future, current, and former employees from “soliciting” and doing business with an employer’s current employees or customers.

By signing a non-solicitation agreement, the employee agrees not to “solicit” the employer’s customers or employees with the intention to do business for a set period of time.

Courts will generally enforce non-solicitation agreements if they have reasonable and not overly-broad restrictions

Contract or Agreement Review & Representation

There are a number of reasons to review a non-solicitation agreement. Contracts and agreements can be difficult to decipher. They are often full of “legalese” or poorly-worded provisions that will drastically impact the employment relationship or conduct after that relationship ends.

Contact Walcheske & Luzi to receive a comprehensive review of any contract or agreement and a full understanding of its provisions. Don’t take a chance, truly know what was signed so you can avoid future misunderstandings, confusion, and conflict.

If you suspect a violation has occurred or receive allegations of a violation, we will provide a comprehensive review of any agreement, and give a realistic assessment of the situation.
