Just as an introduction, this blog is written by attorneys James A. Walcheske and Scott S. Luzi, the Managing Members of Walcheske & Luzi, LLC, Wisconsin’s Employment Law Firm.
Walcheske & Luzi, LLC devotes its entire practice to counseling employees and employers on issues in the workplace. So, it should come as no surprise that this blog is 100% devoted to employment law issues, both nationally and Wisconsin specific.
What
We will be mixing in overviews of different laws, recent cases, interesting articles and viewpoints, hot topics in employment law, and perhaps more sporadic rants or personal topics if the mood is right.
