James A. Walcheske
Over the course of his career, Attorney Walcheske has handled hundreds of employment law matters, ranging from drafting employment applications to complex federal court litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act, retaliation, whistleblower, and harassment cases. He has counseled and assisted clients through workplace issues and has successfully resolved matters outside of the courtroom through mediation and informal settlement.
Scott S. Luzi
Attorney Luzi has devoted his professional career to employment law and to assisting clients in all aspects of and the employment relationship. He has represented clients in a variety of cases and situations, ranging from mediations, to administrative proceedings, and hearings, to contract reviews and negotiations, to complex discrimination, harassment, Family Medical Leave Act, and retaliation litigation in federal court.
Paul M. Secunda
For nearly 25 years, Paul has counseled, advised, negotiated, and litigated all aspects of labor and employment law, with a specialty in litigating ERISA and employee benefit law disputes. He has handled hundreds of employee benefit matters, from counseling on legal compliance matters surrounding ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, and the NLRA, to litigating cases individually and on a class basis involving breaches of fiduciary duty, denial of disability, medical, and retirement benefits. Recognizing his significant contributions to the field of employee benefits and employment law, Attorney Secunda was appointed previously as the Chair of U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council and has been elected fellow to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, the American Law Institute, and the American Bar Foundation. Attorney Secunda also continues to serve as an expert, consultant, mediator and arbitrator for all types of employee benefits and employment law cases.
